The location, nestled amidst sea and mountains, felt like a slice of heaven. The low-hanging clouds added drama to the breathtaking views. The staff were attentive, and breakfast was delightful. The charming bridge just outside was straight out of a fairytale! The photos on Booking site didn’t display the exterior views, which surprised me because that’s the main attraction of this place. I traveled to Achill Island Hotel from the Cliffs of Moher, and the drive through Galway and County Mayo was one of the most scenic routes I’ve experienced in Ireland. County Sligo offers a wealth of activities, making this hotel ideally situated between Mayo, Galway, and Sligo for exploring all these places in just two to three days.

Amazing view, seemingly in the middle of nature but with a pub and supermarket at walking distance. The host Anne is the most kind and attentive host you would wish for, giving us a lot of useful tips about the area and welcoming us with tea and cookies at arrival. The room itself was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is generous with a choice of Irish or continental (croissants and pancakes), with yoghurts, fruit and toast. We absolutely loved our stay, it couldn't be better.

The location was great!! Attitude to guests was excellent! Perfectly clean! A lot of attention to details in the interior.

Host Catherine was lovely and at hand whenever I had a question. The location was great. Ample parking. Warm house. Amazing shower. Beautiful scones. Cosy beds and very well equipped.

Access to the beach was great, location to explore Achill Island. View on the sea from the room. Close to restaurants. Breakfast was good (choice, taste, etc, ...). Host is very friendly and helpful for infos.
