The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit. Hotel transportation from the airport to Hyatt Place was perfect. All personnel was super friendly and helpful and we had a great reception. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had dinner at Papillon restaurant which was great!! Both the quality of the food as well as the service. The next morning the breakfast buffet was amazing. I have never seen such variety in food and beverages. Just too much to choose from! (Which is a compliment) We only stayed one night but wished we could stay longer.

The hotel is very comfortable with great beds that were so large. The view out over the rice fields with the mountains behind was magical. Staff were all really cheerful and friendly and helpful and we felt so lucky to stay here. Thanks to the wonderful staff.

I was able to catch the sunset while I was at their gym and it was breathtaking. Nice rooftop area for chilling alone, with friends, or with family. And the surrounding area is pretty lively. Good location!

Hakata Lejja near Natural Hot spring is situated in Batu-Batu and has a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The surroundings are gorgeous, the bed was really comfortable, the sheets were nice and soft. It was spotless and the balcony overlooked the plains, with a view of the mountains. The accommodation provided both breakfast and dinner and both were buffet style. There was a nice balance between vegetables, meat, and carbohydrates. Fruit was also provided, which was a really nice bonus.
