I had a wonderful stay at Alam Kita. Margo and her team are super friendly and always willing to help to make your stay a truly memorable one. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by abundant nature, and the pier is a perfect spot to watch the sunset or go for a snorkel on the pristine nearby coral reef. It is a perfect place to stay while enjoying the paradise of Karimunjawa.

보로부두르에 자리한 Manohara Resort에서는 정원, 테라스, 레스토랑, 무료 Wi-Fi 등을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 보로부두르 사원에서 5분 거리, 욕야카르타 투구 기차역에서 41km 거리에 있습니다. 숙소는 투구 기념관에서 41km, 말리오보로 몰에서 42km, 요그야카르타 대통령궁에서 43km 거리에 있습니다. We stayed for 2 nights at Dagi Abhinaya #2 which had the best sunrise view of Borobudur at 4:30 am! Although we arrived slightly after 8 pm, Ms Astuti the receptionist arranged for us to be taken to the restaurant where they served us afternoon tea of brownie and a sweet pastry with coffee/ tea. Our dinner orders of fried chicken and rice were promptly whipped up by the restaurant. The staff waited patiently for us to finish our meal and drove us to Dagi Hill (5 mins away) and another staff stationed there carried our bags to the cabin. My son was happy to find his extra bed ready and tucked in quickly. Kudos to Astuti the receptionist who made sure that all our needs were attended to (from arranging the timing for breakfast, mini-bus pick up from Dagi to the restaurant) so that we made it right on time to the lobby at 8:30 am to get our tickets and slippers, and meet with our guide before taking the buggy to the temple entrance ( right across the restaurant) just before the 9 am ascent. Astuti also helped to arrange for a driver/guide to take us to Candi Selogriyo. On the way, Mr Widodo took us to experience a local resto that served getuk pisang (banana snack) and a batik art store that had awesome hand-painted Borobudur batik. On the 2nd day, we upgraded to a picnic breakfast on Dagi hill (with full view of Borobudur) and they served an exquisite dessert of pancake and palm sugar syrup sauce, assortment of fruits, rice with stewed beef in a weaved basket box, fish soup, whole coconut with bamboo straw and herbal drink. The meal was accompanied by soothing gamelan music, and we learned to play the congkak game. As we stayed 2 nights, we got to climb up the temple twice (tickets and guide included) and enjoy it thoroughly!

We loved everything about Moxi. The room was clean and spacious with a big tv, sofa and fridge. The ac is cold and the WiFi is good throughout. The breakfast was tasty and varied. All the staff are helpful and friendly and nearly all of them speak good English. There is a nice games area with a pool table. There is a good gym and pool.

I sort of stumbled on this stand out high-value and boutique jewel of a hotel when I was unable to finalize another reservation on booking.com. it was a more than blessing and for frequent travelers, something that you don’t typically encounter in most hotels. The guest house is much more elevated than I could have hoped for and a true to the concept of a beautiful and very private Haveli with approx. 12 rooms. Anyone who has traveled and experienced the hospitality of a Haveli well knows that it’s not just the architecture or the beauty of the establishment. It’s the friendly and private welcome that sets it apart and that is exactly what Luca and Uni’s lovely place is all about. You’ll stay in an exclusive but comfortable and friendly elevated home and that’s just what this beautiful little gem in Jepara is about!
