The owner Luca - a Roman from Italy was charming and super welcoming. The guest house is much more elevated than I could have hoped for and a true to the concept of a beautiful and very private Haveli with approx. 12 rooms. Anyone who has traveled and experienced the hospitality of a Haveli well knows that it’s not just the architecture or the beauty of the establishment. It’s the friendly and private welcome that sets it apart and that is exactly what Luca and Uni’s lovely place is all about. You’ll stay in an exclusive but comfortable and friendly elevated home and that’s just what this beautiful little gem in Jepara is about! Full of high-design detail, character and personal touches the touches of traditional Indonesian architecture artfully blended with Morrish and European design detail Dining is simple and fresh organic Mediterranean meets Indonesia. Lovely Uni's amazing culinary skills with her focus on the freshest Ingredients styled with her personalized Indonesian touches. As I think back on hearing the call to prayer and the stunning focal points in short the visit was wellness inspired which revolved around a very hectic schedule. In short, it’s nothing less than a beautiful and exotic blue oasis in the heart of Jepara.
