The hotel is living up with its 5- Star category. Upon entering, you can sense the elegance, and it really smells good wherever you go. The ambiance, the staffs esp. receptionists and watchers at the poolside. Everyone’s very welcoming. Although we came at 11:30, way too early for check-in, to our surprise they gave us the room assigned to us.

The room was very modern and spacious. The food varieties are overwhelming and so good. The pools and facilities where more than we expected due of the reviews we seen and read we were really surprised & genuinely satisfied.

The location is great, connected to the thermal baths, No need to exit the hotel to get there. The food was very nice, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I would definitely visit it again!

My first stay was in 2017 my father and brother live in Mayarlak which is a 5 minute drive the hotel has everything you can ask for the staff are friendly very welcoming. I then returned in 2019 and then again in 2022 and now July 2024. I would highly recommend Gotthard hotel I would like to thank Fábián Fanni who has arranged my taxis to see my father you all have gone above and beyond to make my stay an absolute joy. Outdoor pool was functional with very warm water Nice addition considering is early January. Food selection was variate and abundant. Spa and sauna facilities really pleasant. Entrance alley to the spa was winter serviced to prevent slipping.

Balcony, Big room, full kitchen, clean and well built, hotel was fairly full, but quiet, spoken Czech German and english, really 150m from spa entrance.
