Everything was excellent! The location of the hotel is very good in relation to the cave bath. The hotel facilities are very nice, modern and everywhere was clean. We had a nice big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. There was good internet connection. The spa facilities were excellent we really enjoyed everything, I personally liked the salt-room. We stayed there half board. The food was excellent, with a great choice of various hot and cold dishes, lots of fruits, cakes, ice-cream and various hot and cold drinks to follow. There was live music during the evening meal. From the moment we entered the hotel all the staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great time there and cannot wait to return. Thank you.

We had an excelent 3 days vacation at this wonderful hotel. The rooms was perfectly clean, spacious and was equiped with all you need for a confortable stay. I strongly recomnend the half board option as the meal is excelent quality, diverse and all the time fresh. The staff was very nice, professional and always with smile on their faces. We spent each afternoon at Spa area which is amazing. The entire welness area is at international quality level, was perfectly projected for a real relaxation...the saunas, the pool, the jacuzzis, music, warmth...all was absolutely fantastic. Congratulations for the owners and all the staff for their amazing job. We'll deffinetly come back at this hotel. Thank you for everything.

Located among the hills and on the shore of Lake Hámori in Lillafüred, Hotel Palota Lillafured is set in a neo-renaissance castle built in 1930. Everything was beautiful. The location, the arrangement of the place, the architecture of the castle itself. It would need improvements in some places, but overall the atmosphere is very pleasant. You really feel you travel back in time which is nice. We had a good time at the spa, and the food is absolutely delicious.
