This campground and the mobile homes are absolutely wonderful. Situated among olive trees and with direct access to a quiet beach, it feels very close to nature yet super comfortable. The little beach restaurant serves tasty food and offers kayak and SUP rentals. We can’t judge what it’s like during peak season, but in October everything was very peaceful. The mobile homes feel new and we’re absolutely spotless. Compared to other mobile homes, these ones feel higher quality with well-insulated walls. The kitchen was also equipped above standard.

All the windows and also the patio doors were equipped with mosquito nets - amazing! The cleaners also did a great job.

,Klidné místo 5 minut pěšky od moře, pláže čisté. 2 apartmány jsou umístěné v 1.patře domu, kde v přízemí bydlí místní. Paní příjemná, všechno ohledně komunikace v pořádku. Náš apartmán měl 2 postele vedle sebe a byl poměrně prostorný, kuchyňka ve stejné místnosti jako spaní, vlastní koupelna se sprchou a WC. 20 minut pěšky je městečko Ugljan, kde je výborná restaurace Konoba Ugljan, dobrá je i pizzerie, je tam trh se zeleninou a ovocem a 2 obchody.

Velmi blízko Apartmánu (2 minuty chůze) je spíše klidnější oblázková pláž vlevo od malého přístavu, která přechází v kamenné pobřeží, které ocení ti kdo preferují samotu. Vpravo od přístavu je před kempem pláž s vybetonovaným nábřežím. Nedaleko ve městech Ugljan, Lukoran, Preko je pak možno navštívit menší a rušnější písečné pláže, které ocení rodiny s malými dětmi.

Ostrov Ugljan je skvělý pro dovolenou s dětmi. Velký výběr pláží, nádherná příroda. Apartmán byl čistý, vybavený vším potřebným a s překrásným výhledem na moře i vesnici.
Everything - apartments are light, spatious, with almost everything you need, incl. A/C, in pine woods. The town is small but you can find numerous restaurants, small convenience stores. You can get bikes, kayaks, trips on boat etc. Staff was nice and always helpful. You can go to Zadar, lovely historical town. Best holiday ever.
Excellent location at Jaz Beach
Krásná lokalita, blízké moře, milí majitelé,vše, co člověk potřebuje k dovolené.
A really big apartment in which you will find everything you need. Large shaded terrace with sea view. Shops with basic groceries 10 minutes walk. The hosts are nice and attentive. The olive oil produced by them is excellent. The beach by the house is ample for refreshment. For a longer stay it is better to visit other beaches on the island. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Very cozy apartment with all the amenities one could need. Perfect location on the sea shore in the heart of Preko. Rooftop terrace with jacuzzi is shared with the other apartment. Very welcoming and caring host. My family enjoyed very much the brief stay over Easter.
Both the property and the location are simply amazing! First we planned to travel frequently to the “main” land or other islands, but then felt so comfortable and in peace, that spent most of days by the villa, enjoining the nearest beaches, the pool and gorgeous view on the sunsets. Property is very well maintained, has everything you need even for the longer stay, and was spotlessly clean. The contact with the owner was great, we got a number of useful tips of what to do and where to go.
The view and location of the apartment were amazing. We lived directly across the sea. There are not many restaurant in Kali itself, and we had to drive to Preko for the supermarket, pharmacy, and more variety of restaurants. However, it was so empty and quiet in Kali itself that we did not care to go for a drive everyday. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. We had two air conditioners, a big fridge, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and so on. There is also a big parking place in front of the door, a bistro for drinks and lunch, and we spend most our days at the beach in front of the apartment. The hosts were lovely and informed us about things we could do here. They also organised a boat trip, which was our highlight.
