This really is paradise! The hotel is in a great, peaceful location with beautiful views and with the beach right on the door step! The room was extremely spacious and clean with a modern decor and a lovely balcony overlooking the bay. The balcony furniture was luxurious and comfortable. The hotel is owned by a lovely family who are so welcoming and helpful. The home cooked food is delicious, especially the shrimp spaghetti! Great, comfy sunbeds are provided by the hotel too and there is also a peaceful pool area. We felt really at home here and loved the beautiful, quiet island.

La comodità e praticità di una vera e propria cucina come a casa, lo spazio fresco e ombreggiato della terrazza antistante, il silenzio intorno alla casa (pochissimo traffico, come stare in collina in periferia), l'arredamento carino, comodo, bello, pratico e solido. La terrazza è praticamente come una veranda dove puoi soggiornare per mangiare, riposare, giocare... Ed infine, anche il giardino recintato per i cani ci ha permesso di poterci rilassare e loro se la sono goduta alla grande insieme a noi. Non è mancato nulla (clima, internet, tv satellitare), Nota Bene: non ci sono zanzare tigri e quelle domestiche erano veramente poche e non ne abbiamo assolutamente sofferto.

We absolutely loved our stay at Melba. We were the first guests in this brand new house and are so happy we took the chance and came here. It’s even better than in the pictures. Super clean and in a very nice location, overseeing the beautiful small harbour of Maslinica, also within walking distance to the beach. Everything in the house is so beautifully designed or hand picked. Even small everyday objects fit perfectly in this place. Melanie was an amazing host and she is giving the whole space a truly magical touch with her energy and dedication to make Melba something special. There is also a common inner garden with a summer kitchen for the guests to enjoy, a bit of an oasis for people getting to know each other and exchanging ideas. We would love to be back soon.

On our arrival he was so kind to drive us from the bus station to the house. The best terrace ever, great view. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom comfortable. The house looks nicer than in the photos in booking.
