The entire staff at the hotel was helpful, friendly, and generous - every need was taken care of with a smile and I was made to feel very welcome. The pool and spa are beautiful, and the in-house restaurant is amazing (I had breakfast and dinner included with my stay for a very reasonable rate). The location was perfect, I had a beautiful sea view and balcony, it was an easy (and gorgeous!) walk to the old town, and the hotel arranged transportation to and from Dubrovnik Airport with no problem. Everyone who works here is wonderful, so professional and kind - highly recommended for an all-inclusive vacation stay!!

This was the best decision we made, to stay at the hotel Excelsior!!!. The hotel was exceptional, the staff was super helpful. We had some traveling opsticals and the staff at the hotel was accomadating and helped us to resulve the issue. We are grateful for their help. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Croatia. The breakfast, facillities, staff, the location and beautiful view from the hotel is exceptional!

We spent 4 lovely days in this hotel and everything was amazing. I don’t know why people complain about not having an elevator. If you are so lazy to climb 20 stairs, Dubrovnik is not an ideal city to visit for you. Breakfast has nice variety and rooms are big and clean. Also, I really appreciate the hotel management because they are super kind to send a small gift for my birthday. Highly recommended.
Excellent Breakfast buffet, easily the best of all the hotels I stayed at in Croatia! It's a busy hotel at breakfast time but the dishes were constantly bring refilled. I enjoyed an excellent meal at the Piano Bar with my travel mates. Hotel Lero is so conveniently located, within walking distance (a scenic walk I might add!) to the Old City. Easy to hop on a bus too. I would stay here again for sure!

La posizione dell' hotel era magnifica, la vista mozzafiato non ha eguali, l'hotel ha tutti i servizi di altissimo livello e lo staff è super disponibile. Per completare i prezzi sono più bassi di quelli che trovi in giro per Cavtat.

We spent New Year there and everything was exceptional! We stayed in 2+2 seaside view suite and it was really nice. The pool is a good size and open from 7am so you can do a good training. It is also the great time to visit Dubrovnik.

Struttura moderna, arredata con buon gusto e molto confortevole. Avevamo prenotato una stanza e al nostro arrivo ci è stato gentilmente offerto un “upgrade” gratuito ad un magnifico e spazioso appartamento. Si nota la cura dei dettagli (per esempio, nel bagno, accappatoi forniti, prodotti di igiene personale della eccellente marca “Malin+Goetz”). Letto molto comodo. Hotel vivamente consigliato.
