Location close to water sports center plus they have a very big kitchen with all the kitchen wares in it. If I stay more than 1 night, I would definitely do grocery shopping and do some master chefs' cooking in their place. A/C is cold. Quiet neighborhood have me a very good night sleep.

Free shuttle service to City One Station makes our transpo. comfortable... Love the breakfast... Spacious room makes us feel at home... Everyday they clean our room and refill the supplies... Definitely I'll stay again with Alva Hotel the next time...

Would stay there again in our next vacation, 2 adjacent rooms as always.
