Tortugal Boutique River Lodge halvøen ligger i Rio Dulce-floden nær et slot fra det 16. århundrede. Halvøen er badet af næsten konstant havbrise, hvilket giver et køligt og forfriskende sted. The staff was very nice, especially the lady who helped me a lot with advice on what to do in the area and how to get there easily. The bungalows are really spacious, well equipped, and they have hot showers :) The breakfast is included in the price and was always delicious.

El Hotelito Perdido er et lille jungle-tilflugtssted beliggende midt i nationalparken Rio Dulce. You'll likely get a chance to chat with and get to know some very nice people here, as everybody shares the same dinner table every night. Loads of activities to do in the area, also perfect for spending the entire day in the hammock with a book.

Hotel el viajero is situated in La Viña and features a bar. Featuring a restaurant, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel has family rooms.... Peaceful, wonderful staff! Super friendly

Excellent wooden cabin room, very cozy and comfortable, enough space and amenities. Location is fantastic and feels very much like part of the jungle. There's even a crocodile in the creek flowing through the finca and joining Rio Dulce. The hotel has its own landing and you can do a great boat trip down to Livingston or up to the lake. Very reasonable price for a great lodging experience. Stayed an extra night!

Nanajuana Río Dulce har restaurant, udendørs swimmingpool, fitnesscenter og bar i Río Dulce. Blandt de forskellige faciliteter på denne ejendom er der fælles opholdsstue, have og grillfaciliteter. Breakfast was delicious and prices were comparable to restaurants outside of hotel. Hotel also offered an hour or two (don't remember clearly) of free little foot paddling boats, which was fun to pass the time. The hotel is nice and secure as well with security outside of resort. Loved that they were pet friendly as well, so I got to bring my pup along!

Finca Tatin Hotel ligger midt i junglen, 3 km fra Livingston centrum. Der er stor have, møbleret terrasse og hængekøje. Bungalowerne har tropisk indretning, træmøbler og ventilator. Such an amazing place. A great spot to just chill out for a few days. There’s literally a jungle all around and the river is beautiful and clean. The staff were fantastic, they really try to make this place feel like home for you.

If you're coming to Rio Dulce this is the place to stay! Family run, very well kept place. The photos & description on booking.com don't do this place justice - it is much better than we expected! Very clean!! The pool is perfect to cool down & the rooms are spacious. We stayed for 6 nights in the end and many people came only for 1 night. This is the perfect place to slow down and relax if you have been travelling for a while like us - so we advise that you stay here for at least a few nights and enjoy the peacefulness. The owner speaks English - the rest of the staff don't but they are all very friendly and done everything to help us. They will pick you up by boat right at the shuttle stop in Rio so it is a really easy transfer to get there. Every day they took us into the town by a really nice 10 minute boat ride. They can book other trips for you - we went for a boat trip to Livingston. And they also booked our onward shuttle to Guatemala City for us. 10/10 service 👍 Rio Dulce town is crazy. The contrast between the chaos in the town and the tranquility of Linda Vista was perfect for us.
