Situated conveniently in Rethymno Town, Mansio Boutique Hotel offers a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a tour desk. The hotel is located in a Venetian house (probably 500 years old) in the heart of the old town. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it combines modern amenities with old, beautiful walls. Despite its central location, the square by the mosque turned out to be quiet at night. Very polite staff. Highly recommended. Driving into the narrow streets of the old town is, of course, impossible, so parking is available at a nearby city parking lot by the large square. A few minutes' walk is not an issue. Parking is covered by the hotel. We received precise instructions. Around 5 PM, we parked without any problems, but in the morning, we saw a long line of cars trying to get in. I think they could have waited up to an hour.

The hotel is very nice and accurate, very clean and the staff is very friendly and caring. Food was very tasty ,one could see how much attention was paid to food quality. I liked everything about my stay, especially the evening cakes 🤩 . I also paid attention to how other guests were sharing their satisfactory comments with the staff about the hotel meeting their needs for a perfect rest.I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who prefers quality and harmony during the vacation.
The Hotel is well laid out and kept very clean. The staff are the best we have encountered across all the inclusive resorts we have visited in Lanzarote, Majorca and Greece. Everyone was super helpful and always had a smile on their face for you. The waterpark is excellent and the snorkelling off the hotel's beach was fantastic too. I managed to video numerous species of fish and an Octopus on my Gopro with the highlight being a 1m Barracuda swimming along side me on our last day there.
Excellent resort. Fantastic mountains view, spacious rooms, delicious food, good swimming pools and very kind staff. The private beach is far but there are free shuttles.
One of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to stay. Everything was excellent. I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel. We loved everything about Kapsaliana Village Hotel - it’s absolutely stunningly restored and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, the pool etc . The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The restaurant served delicious food and wine and the breakfast was exceptional ! We also very much enjoyed a visit to Arkadi monastery and the hike back to the hotel . We can’t wait to go back to Kapsaliana !!

We loved everything about Villa Maris and we were warmly welcomed. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and shared lovely food and treats with us. The pool was a great added benefit which the children loved!
We had a great stay! We booked a room with a hot tub and the experience was super. Amazing staff and a delicious menu in the restaurant. Sun beds on the beach are included and luxurious, and away from the big crowd. We really consider staying again in this hotel!
