I loved the establishment along with the adjacent village - less than a 5' walk. A pleasant surprise was the fact that on the dinning hall, all day through, soft, lounge music was playing creating a relaxing atmosphere. Many may take this for granted -- and it may be for a 4+ star hotel -- but, believe me it's not ! That's why it was a surprise to me. Actually, this goes for the Taverns in the village too !!

Food (breakfast) was great and delicious, much better than the standard breakfast you get in similar hotels - offering mainly Greek domestic produce/specialties, and we had a chance to try something different each day. But again, what we enjoyed and appreciate most, is how nice and friendly the hosts were.
