The hotel is a walking distance to the thermal baths. The owners are wonderful people, they provided my sister-in-law an i with everything we needed during our stay. We stayed in this hotel for 13 days and it felt as if we were among family. the room and the hotel are spotless clean, the property has an elevator.

Located in Gialiskari, a 14-minute walk from Mesakti Beach, Ikaros Star Hotel features a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. We booked room with balcony and view to the mountains-better to say olives trees, but also was included big terace shared with another two rooms with a view to the sea and wonderful sunsets!!! Room smelled nice and was cleaned everyday. Self-service beakfast simple: hot drinks, water, orange juice, greek youghurt, olives, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, bread and some cookies. Besides! Drinking water from the tap! Recomend: *friendly hotel stuff; *good location; *the beach 5minutes walk; *ony 2stars, but it could be 3! Thank you Ikaros Star hotel 🩵

Built in a traditional architectural style and located on the north coast of Ikaria, only the sea-dashed rocks provide a barrier from the Aegean Sea archipelagos. Amazing views, great pool, renovated rooms. Very nice staff. Breakfasts were good. Very good location. There are several taverns and a shop nearby, as well as close to the beach. Generally, I recommend it one hundred percent.

About us. Kastro Hotel is located on the Greek island of Ikaria, in the village of Agios Kirykos, the capital of Ikaria. Nice hotel, very clean, I had a beautiful view of the sea and the lovely town.I didn't sample breakfast so can't comment on that. Nice little plunge pool which I did use. Staff were very friendly and it was no problem when I requested to extend my stay. My only issue was the steep climb after coming up 70 steps but it didn't spoil my stay.

Very clean, amazing staff and cute comfy rooms! Location was also good, you need around 15-10 mins to go to the Bakery/Grocery shop and the main beach of Messakti, which is not bad at all.
Well, what can I say, the whole place was delightful along with its hostess and host, Kyria Voula and Haris. The location, superb, perched atop a cliff overlooking Therma Beach, Samos, Fournoi and a little behind in the distance, Turkey. Within walking and swimming distance to the natural hot Springs of Therma. Close to Ikaria airport and within walking distance to Agios Kyrikos by foot along the coastline or inland by foot or bus (not even 5 mins). Perfect for the solo traveller or couples. You are made welcome to enjoy a very private experience or a more social experience if you so desire, the grounds boast a small gallery, library and gardens to roam around in or perhaps take in a little siesta on one of the hammocks, take a spot of breakfast overlooking many various vantage points at your disposal. Because I loved Therma so much, I plan to return to Agriolykos again someday and do it all again in the same comfort and style. (Oh, and did I mention the most comfortable bed and linen?). Book with confidence and I'm sure you too will be as delighted.

We loved the quiet location and the beauty of the garden. Facilities were adequate and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the front patio in the mornings. Lovely view.

Overall great stay. The breakfast provided was always tasty and the location is an easy walk from the city center. I really appreciated the hostess’ flexibility with our check-in and check-out. She helped make the trip memorable for my family and me
This place is a gem. Sofia greeted us on arrival and surprised us with an upgrade to an apartment with a full sized kitchen and huge terrace. I cooked every night and we ate out on the terrace overlooking the sea. The local supermarkets had everything we needed but were limited with their meat choices. The beaches are absolutely beautiful and only a short walk either side of the hotel. The restaurant next door made perfect freddo cappuccinos. This was our 3rd visit to Armenistis and we will be back again. It’s along way from Australia but well worth it.
