Mesta Mastic ligger i Mesta, 27 km fra Panagia Krina Kirke og 28 km fra Agios Aimilianos. Ejendommen ligger 34 km fra Chios Arkæologiske Museum, 35 km fra Chios Havn og 24 km fra Limenas Lithio. Mesta Mastic was a perfect place for me as a solo woman traveler. Jenny and Anna are very kind, helping me with luggage, leaving extra treats in my room, inviting me to sit and chat in the Mesta town plaza, even doing some laundry for me as Anna knew I was traveling for several weeks. Mesta is a wonderful, historic place to be. It has day-trip visitors in the daytime, but (in late September) is very quiet at night and in the mornings. I had a car, so could drive around the south half of the island easily on small roads. Pirgi is nearby as is the Mastic Museum where I spent about 3 hours one day. I also enjoyed driving up the west side of Chios and stopping at sights and villages along the way. I'm very happy that I stayed in Mesta instead of Chios Town or the popular & busier seaside places. My room was very comfortable with a large bedroom & bath separated from the kitchen/dining/sitting area. Everything was very modern and looked new. The WiFi worked well, bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy cushioned sitting area built into the corner of the kitchen/dining area. AC/heat is available.

The owner family was wonderful and very kind. We will stay certainly in Esperides Hotel next time. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Esperides.

Almiriki Chios Rooms & Apartments ligger ved Lithi-bugten, sydvest for Chios. Der tilbydes café-bar ved stranden samt indkvartering med gratis WiFi og gratis parkering. We are happy mostly with the staff. Stefania is the most caring person I have met in hotels. I am terribly sorry that I either cannot remember or know the names of the other staff, but the person who welcomed us late at night, the person who always took care of us at the breakfast with Stefania, and also the person serving at the bar, the ladies cleaning rooms, they were all very kind to us. By the way, we went to the restaurant in Chios Town that Stefania recommended to us and it was the best restaurant we've been to in this trip. The beach in front of the hotel is also great with deckchairs and umbrellas. All the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. I don't know if the hotel is selecting the music for the beach but it is good choice and I hope you will not change the style.
