From the very first moment we arrived to the hotel we felt really welcome and like we had arrived to a really high-end resort. The resort area had been very recently built/renovated and the outdoor spaces & garden were really beautiful. We stayed at a three person room with a terrace in which the extra bed was really wide & comfortable (queen size). There were not that many travellers in the resort as we stayed there during the week so there were plenty of space in the pool and beach area. We all took massages+facials in the spa which let us access to the spa/sauna area which was really beautiful. We ate at the restaurant the first evening and were seated to the most stunning location right at the beach were we could watch the sunset. All staff and waiters in the hotel were really friendly and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay which was crowned by a dolphing siting the last day as a pack of dolphings were swimming in the bay right in front of the hotel!

The room was extremely clean, the owners are wonderful, the breakfast is delicious and part of it is done by Isidora and her mother. Highly recommend it. The beach is really close and I would say is the best from the island, there is a supermarket just next to the hotel and plenty of good restaurants on the same street.

We were attracted by the pictures we saw of the decoration. When we arrived at the hotel it exceeded our expectations! It was like stepping into the fairy tale of One Thousand and One Nights. Beneath the charming surface, it was a simple and basic 2-star hotel, what one would expect. Wherever you went in the hotel and its surroundings, you discovered new pearls, stars, flowers, velvet and other details that contributed to feeling like you were in another world. The hotel is directly facing the sea with a beautiful view of the harbor bay. Bathing cliffs and small sandy beaches directly below. Very good location, right on the edge of the central village with many restaurants and shops right next door. Many other hotels are further up the slopes. Philip and his mother have created a unique hotel like no other! The hotel is rich in embellishment, imagination and love, don't expect a Hilton. We spent four nights at the hotel and will return every time we come to Aegina. Good to be aware that you cannot pay by card, but must bring cash or pay directly to their bank account.
The host Lili was wonderful! WiFi could be better.
The breakfast was delicious with incredibly friendly, warm staff who were so welcoming! The location has a stunning view of the sea, sunset, quiet, wonderful pool area to relax in. The meals were just delicious, it felt like a home away from home. The owner was so helpful to ensure every aspect of my stay was taken care of including getting to and from different parts of the island. Just loved Ela Mesa!!!
Ianis, the host who greeted us was very kind and friendly. We felt welcomed and at home while in Aegina. He made food recommendations and told us everything we needed to know about the island. I would have liked to stay longer but we promise to return. Thank you 😊
We had a great time! The cleanliness was impeccable and the facilities provided us with every comfort! Breakfast was generous and the host, Mr. Stavros, a very kind and friendly person. The rooms have a sea view and in front of the hotel there is a place where you can spend your free time admiring the sea. Although there is no beach, you can take a bath by going down some stairs. It will definitely be our choice when we return to Aeghina!
The location is good. The rooms are old but clean. The staff is okay. The rooms are very close to Aegina centre. Lots of facilities, restaurant nearby.
