She also let us choose the best room and even offered a free upgrade. + Huge and versatile breakfast. + Rooms are nice (decorations designed by the host herself), bed and shower are comfy, climate control works perfectly. + Location is ideal. Bus/taxi station with connections to Tbilisi is literally 10 meters away. The bus stop to Akhaltsikhe and Vardzia is like 20 meters away. All kinds of shops are the next door, the supermarket and ATM are across the street. Behind the hotel is the small open air market with tasty fruits and vegetables. The city centre and restaurant district is 10 minutes walk.

Big and tasty Georgian breakfast, warm rooms(in late December), hot water, everything was clean, hosts were very helpful and hospitable, we were treated with homemade chacha and wine, great location 2 minutes from the castle and the city centre, room with castle view. Hosts offer trips to Vardzia or other nearby tourist attractions. I fully recommend it!
