Not only was the food delicious and varied, but the service provided by the women working in the breakfast area was amazing. They were incredibly kind and welcominge. The reception staff also deserves praise for their outstanding hospitality. They were consistently friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Location-wise, Boutique Hotel 32 couldn't be better situated. It's within walking distance to the sea and key attractions, making it convenient for guests to explore the area without hassle. Overall, my experience at Boutique Hotel 32 exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is perhaps one of the best places to enjoy the sea / swimming at Ajara Black Sea Coast. The sea is clean and calm here and if you are lucky with weather (which is too rainy sometimes) then you will have an unforgettable holiday. Combination of sea and mountains makes gorgeous view. Remember to take swimming shoes because there are pebbles at the beach and in the sea. I like to accommodate at Kvariati even when I plan to be the most of the time in Batumi (which is a real seaside city with lots of people, music, cars, noise, etc). Kvariati is 12 kilometers away (15 minutes of drive), and it is a small, quite place especially during the low season, so that you can fully relax here during the evenings and nights.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is super nice and friendly, especially the cleaning ladies, who gave us tiny gifts in the form of chocolate candies every evening. The reception workers were also very helpful providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety despite it being a low season with very few guests. One day they didn’t put the trays with hot food, but the staff informed us that we can order the things we like such as fried eggs/omelet/porridge etc. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained, saunas worked, the water was warm and everything was very clean. The territory outside the hotel was also very well maintained with workers taking care of the outdoor pools and the garden. We also had dinner at the Adjara restaurant, the staff was also very nice. The food was tasty and served quickly. The lounge bar also had a variety of drinks, unfortunately not all of them were available, but the signature GPH cocktail exceeded our expectations. The SPA services provided at the hotel were also enjoyable. We booked general SPA massage with stone therapy and it was a very relaxing experience. The staff in the SPA is also nice and they even provided us a discount for all the services (but probably it was due to the low season). Overall we had a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday there, we’d like to thank the staff for their hospitality and friendliness.
My whole family was extremely happy with how our stay turned out. We loved smiling staff, Italian and Georgian food in the resort restaurants, tasty cocktails, fun at the pools, tennis, kids disco, buffet variety at breakfast. We had a memorable family vacation, thank you!

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The location of the hotel couldn't be better - located in the old part of Batumi with easy access to all the attractions. The facilities are top. Everything was maintained and offered a level of comfort that truly enhanced my stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me when traveling, and I was impressed by the immaculate condition of our room and all the public areas of the hotel. It's evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The variety of options available, the quality of the food was outstanding, and it provided the perfect start to each day of my stay. Overall, I cannot recommend Mariinsky Hotel highly enough. If you're looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay, look no further. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Batumi.
