On Great Victoria Street, beside the Grand Opera House, the luxury Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast offers boutique bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. There is a chic restaurant and modern cocktail bar. Service by the staff was exemplary. The concierge team was excellent and made us feel most comfortable and at home. Despite changes in shift, our requests were always followed through by the different teams. The staff at the breakfast area was very welcoming and helpful. The very tall lady always welcomed us with a cheery good morning and she remembered us and our preferences. We didnt manage to get her name though. Thank you all so much for being so professional yet welcoming, friendly and helpful! 5 stars for all the people that made the experience possible. By the second day, we always looked out for the logo atop the hotel. It is like coming home.

The setting, (we had deer walk across the carpark in the morning), the friendliness of staff and the locals, the cleanliness and standards, the walk in shower, the food and prices. Oh yes, and hubby said the Guinness was good. Will definitely be back soon.

Victorian furniture with the bias to flirty surrealism, looks so unusual and unique. It was very clean and it was the best shower in my life without exaggeration! Not just a place to sleep but an aesthetic pleasure as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is not the most central but quite good, the university and botanical garden is quite nearby. I stayed alone but I'd recommend it for a date:)
