The place is fascinating, very old building sixteenth century hotel. The staff are so friendly and the bed was extremely comfortable.

A beautiful, independently owned hotel in the heart of Lyndhurst, next to the shops and many bars and restaurants in the town. I absolutely adored this place! I, unlike most, traveled without a car and it was just as easy to get to which was surprising. The vibe of the place is chill and everyone I met was super friendly. The room itself was gorgeous and comfortable, I felt so at home. Breakfast was 10/10. Bus stop and shops just a couple minutes walk and ponies not much further.

Ideally situated in the New Forest, close to the small town of Lyndhurst, this friendly hotel is set back from the road and offers quality accommodation at affordable prices. Great hosts, clean room, quiet. Great restaurant and little bar - all very cozy, and food made to order.
