The staff were beyond accommodating and are available any time if you need anything, highly recommended, thank you for an amazing night away!

The breakfast was very good. The staff at reception were very helpful and Omar was so welcoming behind the bar and such a great comedian.. what fun!! Good memories.

Ryan at the reception desk went out of his way to welcome me to Derry and gave me a map and highlighted a couple of the spots I wanted to visit. He was so friendly and is a true asset to the hotel. Max in the bar was also brilliant, a very attentive waiter and very well trained, impeccable, like he had worked in a michelin restaurant previously.
