In our past, caves were more than mere shelters; they were sanctuaries of warmth, peace, and culture. Today, Cave Hotel embodies this essence, offering an escape that transcends the ordinary. The staff are so lovely and the Korean restaurant is so nice! Didn’t get to try the fire pit but I bet that would have been the same! It was a great stay and we’d definitely come back!

We loved staying in one of the little unique cottages in the grounds of the Potting Shed. Very comfortable double bed, sitting area tv and large bathroom. The meals in the Potting shed were first class, plenty of choice and beautifully cooked. The breakfasts were the best we have had anywhere and we have travelled a lot.

The rooms were above expectation with separate seating area and well appointed bathroom provided. All immaculately appointed and cleaned to perfection. The pub setting for dinner is absolutely perfect, providing the opportunity to talk to the locals and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Hostess Marianne taking care of front-of-house is charming and convivial, making us feel at home straight away, while paving the way for the excellent dishes prepared by husband and chef Richard, assuring us of an excellent dining experience. The best review I can give is that I'll be certain to go back to the Plough Inn whenever I am in the area next!
