Amazing place to spend your holidays on Guernsey. An enchanting lush interior with extremely friendly staff. Equipped with a beautiful garden, you can enjoy your very tasty meals outside. The kitchen is very good and the cream tea was fantastic. Several options for drinks round up a day of excursions marvelously.

we wanted a hotel outside the city where we could do some hikes and walks. the location was perfect! in a residential area, very quiet and beautiful with views of other islands and the channel also the local bus stops just outside so very convenient for moving around the island

L'hotel està situat a dues passes d'una fabulosa platja d'arena blanca. Cal reconèixer que el personal és atent, el llit còmode i l'esmorzar prou bo.

Incredibly comfortable bed, spotlessly clean in the beautiful countryside. The restaurant attached was fantastic. And Air Condition! Dear sweet Lord, cold AC. Free parking, super quiet area, but close to everything.

Breakfast was excellent. Kept us going all day. Evening meal was also excellent. We were left a card and roses for our wedding anniversary which was a lovely surprise.

Clean, efficient easy & convenient. What more can you ask for.

The rooms were clean, large and well appointed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Plenty of room in the bedroom king size bed great view it was the premiere room in the hotel to dress in areas separate toilet separate bathroom with bath and shower double sink. Supplies slippers dressing gowns tea coffee water and sparkling water what more could you want.

Hotel local amb molt d’encant. Magnífica ubicació davant el mar i a la costa oest per veure postes de sol. Cap problema per aparcament. Habitacions còmodes i netes. Servei extramadament atent i resolutiu, del millor de la nostra estada, volem donar les gràcies a tots. Vam sopar-hi i esmorzar, molt bon menjar, bona quantitat. Servei molt amable però una mica lenta la cuina.

We were a party of 4 adults staying here for 10 nights in June. The apartment was perfect for us, each couple had their own bedroom with en-suite shower room. It was very comfortable & had everything we needed for a very comfortable home from home stay, a separate kitchen plus a lounge/diner with TV. We were blessed with great weather & made full use of the balcony & the lovely heated pool. It was a bonus to have pool & beach towels provided. Although we walked to the centre of town most days we made use of the bus service on our return as it was quite a climb, saying that though the bus stop was only a couple of minutes from the property. Tracey kindly gave us each a Puffin card which we loaded with credit on the bus & for 75p per person per trip were able to get around the island very easily from that bus stop.

Everything at The Captains was first class a warm friendly welcome spacious very comfortable room with walk in shower and a great breakfast with everything from fresh fruit bowl muesli yoghurts fresh juices followed by a grand selection of cooked breakfasts including full English and even scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. I loved the location within easy walking distance to the beaches and if needed a bus stop just outside the door to whisk you off to the delights of the capitol or back to the airport.I had a lovely time here it was exceptionally good value and I can heartily recommend The Captains for anybody looking for some good old fashioned friendly hospitality .
