Sliding doors opened onto a small balcony/terrace area.( too wet to use during our stay) Lovely white linens, big bathsheets. Comfort big bed. Block out curtains. Good breakfast downstairs. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant downstairs. It was a wet day and evening so there was no outside drinkers/socialising or noise to bother us. Pay and display parking, at a good rate, was very close.

The Mumbles Carlton Hotel overlooks Swansea Bay in the centre of Mumbles Village. Many rooms have sea views. The hotel has been recently been refurbished, and all rooms have an en suite bathroom. Allowed to park in front of hotel.

A very large apartment which could easily accommodate up to 6 persons. It was a very, very nice and cozy place. We loved the retro themed kitchen and the fact that there was a "kids" room. The large terrace with a view over the pier was an unexpected bonus. We were very happy about the place, and the fact that it's built on top of a pub (which doesn't bother tourist during the night, as it gets closed around 23:00) is only another great asset of this lovely place :)
