Where to start? The greeting on reception was fabulous - such a warm welcome and very kindly, an upgrade of both our rooms for which we were very grateful indeed. The hotel is fabulous for those who are less mobile, with slopes and swing doors in the general areas. My mother uses a wheelchair and was amazed at the quality of the disabled bathroom in the room - the best we had seen, so we can definitely recommend the hotel to wheelchair users or those who avoid steps. The rooms are huge and very clean, the beds comfortable - firm with some give. We had an excellent dinner with superb service. Fabulous wines; not just their own, but a global selection. A real treat! Breakfast consists of a lovely buffet but also a comprehensive menu. Again, excellent service. I cannot recommend the Llanerch Vineyard Hotel highly enough. It is a beautiful place with a great team, and fantastic value for money.

Situated in the beautiful Welsh countryside, Celtic International Hotel is less than a mile away from Cardiff International Airport. The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the room and facilities were very good.

The Bear Hotel ligger i den pittoreska marknadsstaden Cowbridge i utkanten av Cardiff, 25 minuter från Cardiffs flygplats och med god tillgång till motorväg M4. A great hotel in a great location with free parking. Very clean and well maintained. Even has a bathtub, which is no longer a standard feature in many hotels.

The Mount Rooms is set in Barry, 6 km from Penmark Castle and 6 km from Fonmon Castle. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site on a first come, first serve basis. The staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help make the surprise I had planned work.

Haveli Hotel ligger i hjärtat av företagsparkerna i Pontyclun, inom 15 minuters bilresa från både Cardiff och Swansea. The ease of being able to leave car earlier in morning catching train which is short walk away to Cardiff for our annual rugby trip and the fact that the owner is alway helpful and accomodating .

The Roost on Rock Road ligger i Barry, 2,3 km från Limpert Bay Beach, och erbjuder boende med en terrass, gratis privat parkering, en restaurang och en bar. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming - we had had a long journey - 36hrs, from the other side of the world - we had to stay overnight near Cardiff Airport, in order to pick up a rental car the next day, and were exhausted. They kept the kitchen open especially to cook us a meal, which was great. Food quality excellent & freshly cooked. Good night's sleep, despite our body clocks telling us it should be daytime. Decor is lovely, thoughtful, resting. Would definitely stay again.
