Just so relaxing and near to family for us it was perfect. You are in the perfect spot to head anywhere here. Spotlessly clean and I can be picky with a bathroom! The owners are beyond welcoming which made it especially relaxing. Thank you Sarah and Mic. Travelling with children can often be stressful but you made us all feel so welcome to your little spot of paradise. Super breakfast although we could easily have done our own with the small equipped kitchen in the Gîte, it had it all. One thing you must do is have supper one night!! Mic is France’s s answer to the hairy biker!!

Renovated 15th century seigneury that belonged to the philosopher René Descartes, Le Pigeonnier du Perron Hôtel offers 16 rooms, a restaurant, a vegetable garden and an outdoor heated swimming pool... A beautifully renovated collection of farm buildings just on the outskirts of Chatellerault. The staff spoke English and could not have been more helpful or charming. We had dinner there which was excellent, flavoursome, plentiful and great value for money. We were only passing through so didn’t have time to enjoy any facilities but I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it. A truly delightful stay.

Situated a 5-minute drive from a business park with a supermarket, shops and restaurants, B&B HOTEL Poitiers Aéroport features rooms in Poitiers. The city centre of Poitiers is a 10-minute drive away.... Consindering previous experience with BB hotel in Compiegne and Kyriad in Vannes, my mindset for this stay was not enthusiastic. How wrong I was! This hotel is extremely tidy - public spaces, bathrooms and rooms are clean and well maintained. Also the Staff, especially the manager at the reception desk was very helpful and he was speaking great English - the thing worth of notice in France. Both mornings during breakfast he proposed us scrambled eggs with bacon and asked if we need some help with anything, we also had a little conversation - great person in my opinion making this place! Consindering the value for money this hotel is great place to stay on your way across France.
