We stopped here for one night as we traveled back from Normandy, leaving for the airport the next day. Beautiful building that was 14th century monastery. The property is gorgeous! Booked 2 rooms which were clean, simple and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Kevin greeted us and checked in on us during our brief stay - he was helpful with giving us the history of the location and recommendations for dining and travel. Would definitely stay here again.

Ottimo hotel, struttura nuova e confortevole. Un pò decentrato rispetto al cuore di Compiegne, comodo per chi viene in auto. Fermate dei mezzi a qualche centinaio di metri, la stazione di Compiegne risulta un pò distante, in compenso quella di Jaux si raggiunge con una camminata di un quarto d'ora sulle rive dell'Oise. Diversi ristoranti "di catena" in zona.

Small charming hotel with a unique view on the Oise river. The light morning fog makes it magic. Don't forget to book a table for dinner - the dishes are delicious (we went back twice to try them all) and the service impeccable.
Una esperienza da consigliare a tutti. Location suggestiva, in un piccolo borgo immerso nella campagna francese. Le stanze a noi assegnate sono grandi, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutto l'occorrente per il bagno/doccia e il relax. Colazione personalizzata ai nostri gusti, che la host (gentilissima) ci ha preparato all'ora da noi decisa. Uova strapazzate ottime, pane squisito, prodotti di qualità. Insomma potrei aggiungere molto ma l'essenza è che siamo stati benissimo e ci tornerei senz'altro.
I can only say exceptional, even with the language barrier. I was on my charity cycle ride from Bollington to Paris and needed to find a hotel nearby and I felt I won the jackpot. One of the nicest rooms I have stayed in and I have been to many hotels. Although not strictly a hotel they also had a swimming pool and Jacuzzi which helped repair my weary legs. Loved the fact there was plenty of USB sockets, very much needed these days, nothing seemed any trouble the owner even drove me to the local village to get a pizza. Also a shout out to the young girl serving breakfast, if you ever come to London and want help do not hesitate to contact me.
The food was better than one star
the location, in the middle of nature. Birds singing in the morning, nearby church ringing, giving it a festive atmosphere. The jacuzzi which we had to pay extra for (and not being mentioned as such in the overall site description), despite what was mentioned in the booking details, since it is conveniently mixed up either by the property manager or booking.com itself.

Location of the hotel was well placed, quiet but with many shops and places surrounding the area. It is perfect for tourists wanting a comfortable place to stay. Any concerns I had were resolved and cleared up by a wonderful worker who went by the name Cardénia, so special thanks to her. Her amazing attitude made us all feel relaxed and welcomed.
