She phoned us earlier in the day to confirm our ETA and was waiting for us. The price was very good and the continental breakfast superb with very friendly waiting staff. The dining area is so pretty and the rooms clean. The village of Manderen is beautiful with the chateaux looming above it and we loved the church bells tolling regularly!

The physical building is beautiful, the rooms are very well equipped. fabulous linen, comfy bed. the staff were incredibly accommodating. we were late arriving and had a dinner reservation but they happily encouraged us to take time for an aperitif on the terrace. nothing was rushed. the restaurant is the jewel in the crown. absolutely exceptional local produce beautifully cooked and an amazing array of wine to choose from. an incredible experience from start to finish.

This 16th-century mansion is located in the heart of Nancy’s old town an 8-minute walk from The Museum of Fine Arts of Nancy. It offers individually-decorated rooms and free Wi-Fi. For the first time, the photographs on Booking.com do not do this property justice, it is far more beautiful than depicted. We were so well looked after by Jade and Aimee, their attention to detail is second to none, they were both extremely helpful and we felt so “at home” we extended our stay by another night! The location could not be better, easy to find and walking distance to all of the sights, shops and restaurants Nancy has to offer. The hotel parking is both convenient and secure.
