Situated in La Toussuire, 5.4 km from Croix de Fer, La Principauté de Comborciere features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. From the owners to all the staff and other guests, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food was fantastic, it was obvious the chef was top tier. Every evening meal was absolutely delicious and it was great to try things that we'd never had before. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk into the centre of town and right next to the piste. With us staying over New Year we were lucky enough to be entertained by a DJ every night who provided great entertainment and a fantastic NYE party.

Good buffet breakfast we also used the restaurant a few evenings while staying. Traditional french dishes served. Comfortable seating area with a small bar which has hot drinks. Heated ski boot storage & ski storage available too. A quick walk to; ski hire, ski pass kiosk & one of the chair lifts which links to the other ski runs. Could also walk though the park, along the river to main ski area, shops & restaurants. Good ski bus service in the village. There seems to be an outdoor market on Fridays too.
