Castaway Island, Fiji 4 stars

Castaway Island

This Fiji island resort offers an award-winning private island retreat, surrounded by white sand beaches, coral reefs and crystal clear waters. South beach beach bure was right next to the ocean and we could watch the sunrise and sunsets from our room, snorkeling was right off each beach, staff is so friendly and welcoming (especially since my mom arrived feeling ill from motion sickness), kids club activities were awesome

Musket Cove Island Resort 4 stars

Malolo Lailai

Set within a tropical garden of coconut palms on a long white sand beach, Musket Cove Island Resort & Marina features two swimming pools and two bars including the famous Island Bar. The beach bungalows were very nice and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You definitely have to go out in a boat for snorkeling, there is no good snorkeling near the resort. The swimming pools were great.

Serenity Island Resort 3.5 stars

Mamanuca Islands

The absolute beachfront Serenity Island Resort features a bar, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. All accommodation offers beach or garden views. Accommodation options include private Bure. We had the best stay at Serenity. A beautiful island surrounded by sparkling clear blue water, accommodation right on the beach (with your own little section with a hammock and chairs), and some of the best snorkeling I've ever done right outside the room. Lots of activities in the area that you can book to go on, or spend hours lounging around by the pool or on the sheltered beach beds with a book. Food was good - we ordered a la carte instead of getting full board. There's a great live band that plays each night, and the staff sing each night as well. My favourite thing about Serenity is definitely the exceptionally lovely and attentive staff. They are genuinely warm and welcoming, and a lot of fun as well. There is a relaxed and joyful vibe here that is hard to beat. I will definitely be back here in the future.

Matamanoa Island Resort 4 stars

Matamanoa Island

Matamanoa Island offers a secluded adults-only retreat in the stunning Mamanuca Islands. You can relax in the infinity-edge pool or enjoy the sunset views with a cocktail at the bar. EVERYTHING! There was actually nothing to hate about the stay. The people, the location, the room, the food, the activities, everything was beyond expectations. We went for above moderate level of accommodation and we got exactly that and more. The pool was beautiful, everything was looked after exceptionally well. The food was fresh and well cooked. The staff looked after you at meal times. You always felt welcome as Fijians always make you feel. The Spa was lovely. The island was well manicured and managed. The room was cleaned daily and was a great bed to sleep in. The activities organized daily by the staff were great and varied. Beautiful place to stay. Would go back in a flash.
