Very kind staff and good breakfast, with typical finnish food.

Hotel Golden Dome Iisalmi is 4 minutes’ walk from Iisalmi Train Station. It offers free parking and modern rooms with free WiFi. Iisalmi Bus Station is 500 metres away. Wonderful and friendly staff. Ros was outstanding in every way.

Located in the heart of Kuopio, this hotel offers rooms with luxury bedding and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers free sauna access and a gift shop focusing on souvenirs from Lapland. The location, 1 min walk from the Train station, 3 min walk to the new train/bus station. 10 min walk to the city center. It was the best hotel i stayed in Finland so far. Love the Artic Pine scented soap/shampoo.

Breakfast bar was pretty good and dinner was excellent. The sauna and patio/hot tub area were nice with new furniture. Surprisingly, they had live music and dancing.
