Situated a 5-minute drive from Mariehamn city centre, Strandnäs Hotell offers traditionally decorated rooms with a TV and private bathroom. The ferry terminal is 3.5 km away. Everything worked well, small room but with all necessary amenities and well-heated (winter). Wifi worked well and the breakfast was decent. The manager of the hotel was very friendly as well! Overall, a great stay, especially considering the reasonably price!

Staff was friendly and allowed for guests to stow their luggage in a locked closet before and after checkout so you wouldn't have to carry your luggage with before town departure.

We loved everything about this hotel: the location is outstanding, the food grommet, the staff are so friendly and helpful, we are hoping to visit again during a warmer season since unfortunately most of the sightseen were closed due to weather

The location is good, very quiet place, peacefull. It is a unique accommodation, we enjoyed our stay. The place is run by the family, lovely couple with 2 daughters. The highlight of the trip for my daughter was seeing the horses and the pony. She gave 5 stars to the accommodation just for that. We surely come to stay again.

Located on Åland’s northern coast, this waterfront hotel offers free WiFi and a seasonal summer restaurant with sea views. Beautiful location, definitely take a walk along the shore. Nice poolhouse and excellent breakfast with also vegan options

Hotel Esplanad stojí 200 metrů od hlavní ulice Mariehamn Torggatan. Nabízí jednoduché, ale pohodlné pokoje s kabelovou TV a parkování zdarma. We had two rooms facing the hotel interior courtyard, street level. These were dream rooms for persons arriving on the island. The rooms were quiet, clean and simple: nothing too much, but everything essential. Practicality in Åland manner as it's best. Breakfast was good. We fell asleep to the "spring concert" of sea gulls.
