Aquest hotel contemporani està situat dins del recinte firal i de congressos de Jyväskylä Paviljonki, a 200 metres de l'estació de tren de Jyväskylä i del port. We chose this hotel to visit Jyvaskyla - Mattilanniemi Parkrun!! Head across the square and you can get to Parkrun Saturday mornings by lakeside walking/cycling path. This is very convenient location for coach / train travellers, just across the bridge over the railway tracks and you're there! Amazing, we loved it as we arrived late from the airport by train, in -12 temperatures. We booked a double with SAUNA (absolute bliss) and next room for teenage kids. This wasn't the cheapest option, but it was truly wonderful. The rooms were clean and stylish, and the sauna room had coffee maker and some complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar. The sauna is easy to use and surprisingly large :D The breakfast was served until 12 noon on a Saturday morning, which was perfect after parkrun!! The breakfast is amazing, with lots of sweet bakes and all the usual savoury options, like Karelia pies, eggs, bacon, sausages, etc, but they also serves some special extras like smoked salmon, and Finnish seasonal delicacies as it was xmas vacation; we enjoyed riisipuuro (rice pudding) and joulutorttu (xmas pastries). Cannot wait to be back soon!

Set in Jyväskylä, less than 1 km from Lutakko Beach, GreenStar Hotel Jyväskylä offers accommodation with free bikes, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Breakfast was nice and enough. It was great to get tea, coffee and hot chocolate during our stay on the first floor at any time. Parking facilities were convenient

This hotel is located in the heart of Jyväskylä, on the pedestrian street Kauppakatu, 300 metres from Jyväskylä train station. A Finnish breakfast is served in the Silmu restaurant daily. Fantastic hotel at the city center. I traveled for work and stayed for 2 nights. I requested a room from upper floors of the hotel, and I got the room from the 6th floor (the top floor). The room was very clean, very quiet and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great with a large selection of hot and cold options. I could not ask more from a hotel.

Finlandia Hotel Alba is situated by Lake Jyväsjärvi in Mattilanniemi, just 1.5 km away from Jyväskylä city centre. It offers free parking and rooms with private bathrooms and TV. The view from our room was breathtaking. Bfast was excellent

Boasting a shared lounge and ski-to-door access, Hotelli Vuorikelo is set in Muurame, 12 km from Säynätsalo Town Hall and 19 km from Alvar Aalto Museum. Beautiful location on top of a hill top. Stayed during the week. So no one else was there. Nice and quiet.

Set 35 km from Peurunka Spa and Water Park, B&B Mierontie Oy offers 3-star accommodation in Konnevesi and features a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. All units in the hotel are equipped with a TV. Small basic hotel in the village centre, tick all the boxes and really nice breakfast. Had a great dinner and drinks too, recommend!
