All details are well taken care of. We were given an ample attic room, that was very comfortable, with all amenities well working. The room was crystal clear, breakfast is served in the bar nearby, and is quite good and fulfilling (with excellent home made bica). Easy parking around. There's a wonderful common area with sofa and armchairs at first floor, and paintings hanging from the walls are so artistic, we loved every moment of our stay. The staff is extremely welcoming, little English spoken though. Would recommend this hotel hands down.

Loved loved loved the marriage between modern and monastery. The design was wonderful. Functional and light. The building is well maintained despite the centuries and it was so wonderful to feel so zen. 😀

She went the extra mile and arranged a taxi for us because of the heavy rain and winds. This gem of a hotel was a welcome haven for two weary camino pilgrims fighting colds and nasty weather. Thank you Soraya! We should be sufficiently fortified to continue our camino. A rainbow appeared as we were leaving.
