I stayed in a garden suite with a private pool, which was a wonderful touch. Plus, having a car included with the suite was incredibly convenient for exploring the island. The staff were exceptional, particularly Simon at the reception. He was truly helpful, honest, and flexible, ensuring that all my needs were met. The concierge team—Lupe, Viviane, Christina, and Aida—were hard-working, dedicated, and one of a kind.
