Featuring a shared lounge, terrace and views of mountain, Geko Hotels is located in Los Llanillos, 7.9 km from Playa del Verodal. The location is very close to some major attractions in the island.The host speaks good English and is super helpful. The quaint boutique hotel has several levels (no elevator). The “small double room” (the only option we had) is very small for two people and is facing the street. Fortunately there is very little traffic before 8am when it’s dark. The breakfast (from 8:30 to 10) has all the usual foods like deli meat and cheeses, bread, scrambled eggs, fruits and drinks.

Absolutely amazing spot :) right on the beach with mountain backdrop. Spacious rooms with lovely big luxurious bathrooms and comfy beds, like a 5 star hotel in London for a fraction of the price :)

11 km from Playa del Verodal, Hierro is located in Frontera and provides free WiFi, express check-in and check-out and a tour desk. nice new construction with nice decorative touches m. bed was huge… basically a cal king. bathroom west facing so things dried very fast in there. not too far from the bus station and the center of town. VERY close to a delicious quesadilla maker and cafe. host super responsive and helpful and kind. wish we could have stayed for longer.
