Joanna Hotel is a small, family run business and our hosts Jose and Belinda are a truly delightful couple who speak excellent English. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel room was small but beautifully decorated and fitted with a rather unique shower with a magnificent view! Highly recommend this place - it honestly could not have been better.

There is a public parking area near it too.

Service at reception I was arriving late NS u was so very stressed but the male team member who checked me in certainly stayed calm and this helped me, showed me the parking and took me to my floor - great service delivery nd going the extra mile to ease my travel frustration

The whole experience was wonderful. I actually phoned the hotel on the day before we were scheduled to be there and they managed to arranged for us to have the room a day earlier. They were so helpful...with everything and understanding when I arrived very frazzled and upset. I cannot fault the people who work there or the facilities. The food (we were on HB) was wonderful too. Lots of selection and beautifully presented.

Excellent camping bungalows in a beautiful location in Altomira. The site has a shop and swimming pool, and the staff are professional and friendly. Nearby are scenic hiking/cycling trails, and a spectacular waterfall. Recommended

This camping site is amazing, so well organised, the pool is clean and looked after, the chalets are so clean, great layout and well equipped (including air conditioning unit). The outside looks like paradise, so many tropical plants, it’s so green (some plants smell beautifully at night)! The beach nearby is mostly rocky, but my children enjoyed so much snorkelling there all day, watching fish and marina life. We saw amazing giant jellyfish, it was stunning! We were sad to leave but hopefully we will be returning next year! I highly recommend this camping place! Thank you for this amazing experience!
Location, food, smiling staff, cleanliness, super comfortable bed & pillows, balcony with sea view. Awesome dinner & breakfast options. Bathroom with high water pressure in rain shower. Wish we could have stayed longer, but would definitely return if visiting Valencia in future.
