From the first moment we arrived at the reception, we met with Mr. Omar, and he completed the procedures for entering the hotel in a speedy and easy manner. All the staff were smiling and helpful to us. The hotel room is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and clean. They provided my wife with a wheelchair and gave her great assistance in moving to the sea, As well as in the bus ride and access to the beach. I thank very much Mr. Mohamed the chef and his staff for taking care of us and providing many of our requests

The location is a bit secluded but relatively close to Cairo and the hotel staff helped us to find a transfer to Alexandria airport at the end of our stay. Definitely can recommend!
