Location is perfect. Rooms are excellent. All the facilities and amenities are available. We booked 2 rooms, even our older children also enjoyed a lot. Room size is big enough.. Nile river is in the backyard of the hotel with boats connected for a ride at Nile river.. staff's are very good, helpful and professionals. Even being Jain / pure Vegetarian, I could not find any difficulties since many variety of foods are available in the hotel.. just 300m away from this hotel there is a Indian Restaurant.

At Luxor's West Bank, directly on the shores of river Nile, a small number of Nubian style huts with a private little garden attached offer privacy and a sense of ownership. Staff are very helpful and friendly and even though committed 24/7, they all provide a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Free transfer by boat between the hotel and downtown Luxor is available around the clock upon call. The little restaurant offers a variety of tasty homemade food — a great breakfast, snacks for lunch and a diverse selection of dishes for dinner. All meals combine elements of the Egyptian and Western cuisine. Drinks (water, soft drinks, beer and a small selection of Egyptian wines) are also available, a specialty is the Turkish style coffee. The hotel offers a small pool perfectly suitable for a quick refreshment. Upon request, bicycles are available for rent, and the famous sights of the area (valley of the kings, valley of the queens, Hatshepsut temple - each approximately 8 km away one way) can be explored easily by bicycle! I lived for four years in Egypt, but this hotel was by far the nicest I ever had!

Located at the gateway to Luxor, Al Moudira Hotel is the only palace situated on the west bank of the Nile. The domes and the patios ornate with arabesque makes up the oriental décor. The hotel felt like we were staying in Cleopatras castle. It is very unique and beautiful. The staff was absolutely phenomenal and very accommodating to all our needs. The rooms were beautiful, huge bathrooms and the bed was very comfortable. I miss this place so much already! The food was great too!!! The dining area is beautiful. Everytime we needed something, or a ride, the staff made sure we were immediately taken care of.
