He was fast at answering and communicating and was very resourceful.

The room was exactly as in the pictures, spacious and very clean. Walking from terase to the pool and straight to the lagune beach was perfect. Staff was very friendly and service fast and impeccable. Food was delicious and even though we only had breakfast included in the room rate we did not feel this as a downside (good variety to choose from).

The table serverd authentic Egyptian food was so delicious. Don't worry if you travel on your own. You will be invited by the GM Moustafa Elkerdani to join dinner at the so callled communitytable and meet up with staf and other guests. Simply to let us have an splendid holiday. For sure a place to vistit again.....our next stay is already booked! As we are divers it was great that Emperor Divers new divecenter is located in this hotel. They offer a diversity of diving possibilities. Either housereef, nearby shorediving locations or with one of their boats. We spent 4 nights here and we can't wait to come back. The peace, the view, the people, the dogs... Everything is very simple and far from the resorts that are everywhere around Marsa Alam. As we were trying to escape from chaos, staying at the lodge was just perfect. Karim is an amazing person, as everyone from the staff. The diving center is a plus, we loved going snorkeling at the coral reef.
