Hotel Rincon Aleman is located in Riobamba. Free WiFi access and free private parking are available at this property. The location was great, close enough to the E35 and easy to find. The proprietor was amazing, she made us feel like we were at home, her kitchen was available for guests to use, she provided take out menus, called to order our dinner which we then enjoyed in her lovely kitchen. The flowers and lovely garden setting was so relaxing to sit and read in. Her sweet dogs were a treat. The room was huge, comfortable bed, sitting area, large bathroom and super hot water with good pressure - somethings that are often missing in Ecuador. The breakfast was excellent with actual individual pots of coffee and tea. Parking was secure and it was so quiet and peaceful. We have driven through Riobamba many times enroute north but had not found a place we’d say “let’s plan on staying at…” until now.

To begin with, it I have to say Oscar made our stay unforgettable. Indeed, it was our honeymoon and he took it seriously. Our room was beautifully decorated with Rose 🌹 petals like in Movies. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. You have to understand that this is a legendary place where plenty of important (back in the days) people went overnight and some of them actually lived there. (During the Conquistador era) Unique Hostería with so much history and a great library where you can find absolute gems from the past. The place is gorgeous (but too close to the Panamericana Rd). If you get to talk to Oscar ask him a room at the end of the Hostería, it's very quiet. There is also a beautiful view on the Chimborazo Volcan. About 40min drive to the top. Breakfast was very good, diversified and tasty!!! The staff is professional and friendly. We enjoyed our honeymoon and will never forget the hospitality received from the staff in particular Oscar. Hopefully we can come back one day..

Set in a country-style house with elegant Colonial décor, Abraspungo has rooms with free Wi-Fi in Riobamba. Hotel Hacienda Abraspungo has Spanish galleries that open to the garden. It was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The overall place was really good, the breakfast was nice, they even started a bonfire for us with marshmallows.

Hotel Spa Mansion Santa Isabella offers stylish accommodation in the centre of Riobamba, in an Ecuadorian colonial-style house with an indoor fountain, just 300 metres from the Cathedral of Riobamba. We love Mansion Isabela and always stay there when I visit Riobamba. The rooms are so comfortable and the beds huge. It's decorated in a beautifully simple yet classic rustic style which makes you feel really at home. The staff are great and always willing to help with a smile!

Everything worked well and the place was very clean. Also reception staff was very friendly and took food care of my luggage while I was on a tour.

Breakfast was great, the restaurant in general was excellent. The hotel in general was nice and clean, very nice pools.

Located in Riobamba, 50 km from Chimborazo Volcano, Hotel Montecarlo provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Staff allowed me to check in one hour earlier because the room was empty. They kept my belongings until I returned from a trekking at El Altar. They also prepared my breakfast box one night before to give it to me at around 6 am. Nice people and Nice and Classical Hotel.
