Friendly smiles, helpfulness and warm welcome awaits you here. The room was really spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing (and more than enough). The style of the hotel is eclectic and special, I personally really liked it!

Very quietly located in the spa town of Bad Kissingen, this hotel offers scenic views of the pretty Rose Garden. It features spa facilities, rental bicycles, and each room has a private balcony. The service was SPECTACULAR! The receptionist called me twice before our arrival because she thought we would be arriving in the middle of the night, and she called to give instructions. She was exceedingly friendly and kind when we wanted to change rooms from the very beautiful and modern apartment to the very beautiful and more cozy apartment. The rooms are so lovely and the view of the rose garden is so wonderful, you just want to be in the apartment. But you don't need to be, Bad Kissingen is simply beautiful with its parks, old-town restaurant and cafes, and Thermal Pool. This was certainly worth the trip.
