The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. Hotel Ontario is an excellent hotel, with great rooms (we stayed in one of the bigger ones), good breakfast, very nice hosts who went out of their way to allow us to stay an extra night in the same room. Exceptionally good service! The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom is large! We loved spending time on the balcony, with a glass of wine. Free parking was a huge added bonus for us, travelling by car from Norway. The location is perfect, above the colonnade. And there is a «secret» lift from the street if you don’t want climb the stairs back to the hotel!

Impresivni hotel Grandhotel Pupp ima dugu tradiciju i datira iz 1701. godine. It’s nothing compare what you read about it. It’s a overrated hotel with a small amount of options. Massage place always full and massage was average. If you book thru booking you will be given the rooms on the other side of the building which is not the same look and feel like the old building. Very below average. They will tell you that you could upgrade which we tried twice but it wasn’t possible.

Everything. we loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel
