The staff were very friendly and accommodating and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Each morning we enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, breads, meats and cheeses. The hotel is situated right next to a quiet pedestrian area and is ideally located for access to shops, train station and outdoor swimming pool!

We have to pay extra for breakfast but the choices of food were really good, the service was good too. Everything is good, i like that we parked our car in the hotel parking.

Città ordinata e dai servizi efficienti, interamente orientata agli affari. È circondata da foreste, facilmente raggiungibili anche con i mezzi pubblici. Il centro storico è devastato dalla guerra, e si è deciso di ricostruire poco, modernizzare molto. Non ci sono punti di particolare interesse storico in città, nonostante di volta in volta appaiano antiche torri, qualche casa in stile Assia, quel che resta di bellissime chiese (cattoliche e protestanti, con magnifiche decorazioni gotiche). Di notte, la vista dei grattacieli dalla lunga passeggiata sul Meno è molto affascinante. La città offre moltissime occasioni culturali: almeno tre teatri d'opera costantemente attivi e con un'ottima programmazione (Alte Oper, Oper Frankfurt, Bockenheimer Depot), numerorissime gallerie d'arte e musei, almeno un exploratorium scientifico, un numero infinito di locali in cui si può ascoltare musica. Molte le occasioni di ascoltare concerti di ogni genere di musica. È una città universitaria, quindi abbondano le feste studentesche, curiosamente ordinate per chi venga da un paese dell'Europa meridionale. La città è molto sicura, ma ci sono quartieri "delicati", generalmente ben riconoscibili dall'odore e dalla fauna che si affolla per la via. La polizia è però onnipresente. Negli anni si è avvertito un precipitare della situazione, ma rispetto ad altre metropoli la capitale dell'eurozona sembra ancora reggere benino.
