This accommodation features a minimalistic style with organic materials and is situated in the heart of the Garmisch district, just 800 metres from the Classic ski area. Architecture was marvellous, great location and design, friendly staff, perfect service. The breakfast was tasty and rooms very well appointed. We had a great time. They also provide paid parking with EV charging facilities, we opted for free on-Street parking thou.

The hotel is modern and clean. The owner is kind and helpful. Breakfast was delecious (free coffee in the afternoon in the hotel's lobby). View from the balcony was amazing, pointing the mountain. Location is perfect, just 500m from the Gorge. Would definitely come back.

Very kind staff, super clean rooms and all other hotel area, good breakfast and dinner. Beautiful view on the lake and mountains! The price for night is quite costly for us, but we can understand why - it is one unique hotel with thier own beach area on the one of the beautiful lakes in Germany We will return in future for sure.
