We arrived late and the self-check-in process was easy and smooth. In all the little things you notice the owner has very well thought out the guest experience and really cares about their guests.

Haus Stehlings features views of the Old Town of Monschau. The guest house provides guests with free WiFi and is located a 1 hour drive from Cologne. Loved it! Location was perfect. Staff were super friendly and the room was super nice, with a wonderful view, really clean and well equipped.

It’s beautifully furnished with lovely attention to detail both in the suite and in the common areas. The grounds are very pleasant. Even though it’s located by a road, you don’t really notice any noise or disturbance from traffic. It’s located close to a cycle path at the edge of Prum so it’s ideal for cyclists and walkers. The suite was tastefully decorated and the sauna was fantastic. The breakfast was great and presented so nicely. We were warmly welcomed by Nelly, who was very kind throughout our visit. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a quiet weekend close to nature.
