The breakfast was very good, but what really made the stay so pleasant was the kind staff. Additionally the whole hotel seems very modern with great interior design choices.

Breakfast was nicely arranged with coffee on the table and good selection. Heiligenhafen is underestimated as vacation place, so nice and close to the Puttgarden ferry if you are traveling by. The best hotel we stayed at durng our car trip to Germany!

This is a really elegant hotel in an historic merchant's house, which has been beautifully converted without losing its character. I was given a warm welcome, even though I arrived earlier than expected and all the arrangements were explained very carefully. The hotel isn't staffed all the time but there are contact numbers available for out of hours support. Most of the rooms are on the first floor but help was provided with my luggage. There's a good supply of water, wine and other drinks which added to the experience.

La struttura è in una posizione strategica per visitare l’isola di Rugen e tutte le sorprendenti cittadine che affacciano sul Mar Baltico. È adatta soprattutto a famiglie, immersa nel verde, comoda e silenziosa. L’appartamento era dotato di tutti i comfort e aveva un piccolo spazio esterno da utilizzare per una cena romantica!

Very good place for having a vacation . The breakfast and the dinner were delicious - a very big choice of the dishes and fantastic desserts. We had a welcome bottle of water and fresh fruits on arrival and also got fruits and water as a good-bye gift. The view from the room was amazing. Very professional and polite personnel. We will definitely come back!

We've liked the à la carte restaurant Gynt's very much. Not only for the quality of their food but even so for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Quite the opposite of the desk office lady. She can certainly learn from these people how to conduct business in a proper and fluid manner.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It was opposite the beach and within walking distance of the marina and town. The rooms are well appointed and the balcony overlooking the beach was great.
