The hotel is located in a beautiful region. Despite the fact that it was full of tourists, everything was very calm, organized and silent. We could rest very well without being disturbed. The Czech people are welcoming, respectful, friendly and utmost helpful. The food was fresh, tasty and we were served a variety of dishes every day. The hotel interior has a pleasant design with comfortable and big rooms, and it is spotless everywhere. It is perfect for families with children as there are specific activities and playgrounds, also two very friendly alpacas.

Amenity Hotel & Resort Lipno is located in Lipno nad Vltavou right at the lake shore, with a beach situated in front of the hotel. Free WiFi access is available. The Hotel is located on the banks the lovely Lipno lake . We were there for only two nights and just loved it, The room was tidy and very clean, Restaurant was good. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, No parking problems too. The front desk staff were friendly and kind. We would like to especially thank Thomas from the front desk team for all his help which made our stay there excellent.

Within the Šumava National Park in the village of Horska Kvilda, Hotel Rankl ofers an in-house sauna, massages, and a Czech restaurant. Kvilda’s ski resort is a 5-minute drive away. We stay here 2 or 3 times a year. In the summer months, as well as the usual restaurant menu they have a BBQ on the terrace. Beds are always comfy with lovely bedding. Great breakfast.

Set in Železná Ruda, Hotel Karl is 47 km from Drachenhöhle Museum and offers various facilities, such as a terrace, a restaurant and ski-to-door access. Great buffet breakfast included, it takes place in the restaurant where you can also have a good lunch or dinner. Many nice walking trails are starting directly from the hotel. We got an upgrade of the room to a suite with separate room with sofa, TV and fridge, lots of space! Behind the hotel is a large parking lot that is free for guests (just validate the card with reception). For electric cars there's a public charger at P1, which is 1km down the road and you can take a nice forest trail there, just bring a torch in the dark.
