The staff are all very happy, polite, helpful, considerate and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm so happy i picked this hotel to spend my birthday at as they made it so special. They generously upgraded my room and gave me a delicious chocolate cake, lovely rose and complimentary drinks and fruits. Many hotels could learn a lot from this exceptional hotel and exceptional customer service. The room was immaculately presented, so clean, lovely, new, fresh smelling towels and luxuries toiletries. We loved everything! Will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends. Customer service is the best I've experienced in any other hotel I've stayed in, in Cyprus! A real gem! Lives up to it's name "Thymises" which means something you will remember (memorable) in Greek.

We got to meet the owner, who made us feel very welcome and had a gorgeous breakfast with a relaxing atmosphere.

Nestled in the Marathasa Valley, on the slopes of Troodos Mountains, Casale Panayiotis is a complex of traditional houses which combine modern luxuries with traditional style. EVERYTHING In my opinion Its the best luxury hotel (mountain style) in Cyprus. You totally get what you pay and it’s 100% worth it. They offered us a transfer from the parking lot to the hotel and they welcomed us with gifts and drinks and they immediately arranged an extra bed for free for our daughter since i forgot to mention in my booking. They had the friendliest staff i ever met (especially Mrs Charis and the blonde lady at the reception which i forgot her name). The whole place is very clean and cozy. The room was spacious and clean, but the best feature was the terrace which we enjoyed very much. The bed was so relaxing and even the shampoos and lotions in the bathroom were the best quality products i have ever seen provided in a hotel room. The breakfast was very nice, and i liked their freddo espresso also. It’s our 3rd time visiting and we are definitely coming back soon.

Kallithea INN Platres is located in Platres within 800 metres of its centre. It has a bar and a vending machine and offers free WiFi access throughout. The Inn is in an amazing spot with everything close to you. If you rent or have a car you can visit alot of places arround the area. Also the inside and outside of the inn was perfect looking and clean. We will visit again and chose again the Kallithea Inn.

Situated 1,757 metres above sea level and amidst a pine forest, Jubilee Hotel is located in the Troodos Mountains. All the tastefully decorated guestrooms overlook the garden or the mountains. Great location close to the hiking trails, charming hotel with beautiful terrace and spacious common area, helpful and friendly staff, generous dinner portions (we had dinner twice and really enjoyed it, very tasty and reasonably priced) and simple but meticulously clean rooms. A lovely place I gladly return to!
