Our large room was nice and clean, and we had access to a kitchen (that had free coffee and filtered water) with a small balcony. We were pleasantly surprised that the property also had a small bar, where we had an opportunity to chat with locals and the owners and their family. The location was perfect, right on the water and a short walk across a bridge to the main town on Providencia. Meanwhile, the property itself was right by the water and very quiet and relaxing, being on the car-free island of Santa Catalina. We took advantage of free kayaks provided by the property to paddle around Santa Catalina and enjoy the beautiful views. It was also a quick hike to a very nice beach. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and attentiveness of our hosts, especially Xavier. We greatly enjoyed our conversations with you and hope to return one day. Thanks so much for enriching our time on Providencia! This was a truly authentic island experience.

Denne ejendom ligger blot 10 minutters gang fra South West Bay Beach og har en stor, smuk have. Gæsterne kommer til øen med fly eller katamaran fra øen San Andres. Super clean and comfortable accommodation within walking distance of best beach on Providencia. Pedro was particularly amazing with information and booking when it came to renting a golf cart and doing a snorkeling tour. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Providencia!

I liked everything, the room, the breakfast, the staff. The location is special because the hotel has a supermarket across the street, has 2 dive centers very close and good restaurants too.

Boasting a sun deck area with direct ocean access, Cabanas Agua Dulce also offers an outdoor swimming pool. Rooms have private balconies with hammocks. Agua Dulce Beach is 500 metres away. The cabanas are lovely, set in a nice garden with even a pool that is useful after a day at the beach. The interior of the cabanas is basic but they are clean, spacious, with fridge and air conditioning and an outdoor space. The staff is friendly and helpful and the included breakfast is good and complete. I had read negative reviews and honestly don't see the point. The beach in front no longer exists because of the hurricane that hit the island a few years ago, the bar/restaurant La Terrazza in front offers sunset views and really good cocktails. Providencia is still an island little exploited by mass tourism, but there is a lot of restaurants , especially on the beach, really nice and good, with delicious fish and lobster. There are sunflies and mosquitos but with a good repellent they are kept away 😉

Jenni and Jairo are amazing hosts, I can’t thank them enough for making us feel so welcome and pampered! They treated us like old time friends, gave us detailed information about the island, tips on the best snorkeling spots, helped us rent a mule, arranged a taxi to the airport and, did something that I never saw before which I thought was only a myth: we had a very early flight and they prepared coffee, juice, fruits and packed sandwiches for us to take.. this was such a lovely gesture, we felt very well cared for! Regarding the house itself, the room was cosy, clean with a nice decor.. we had a very strong aircon, small fridge and all the amenities we needed. We slept very well! The shared room was pleasant and calm, with a water filter available which was a plus! There are also two very lovely cats that were very cute.. Thank you so much for having us, Jenni and Jairo! We hope to return and stay more time to enjoy the island.

Cabañas y Restaurante Miss Elma ligger i Providencia, 90 m fra Fresh Water Bay og 1,7 km fra South West Bay. Der er restaurant, havudsigt og gratis wi-fi. Such a great location. The rooms are simple but perfect. Well kept. Wonderful staff. Such a great experience overall. Could stay there forever

Posada Lkjay Providencia Isla ligger 2,4 km fra Fort Bay og tilbyder indkvartering med aircondition og terrasse. Denne lejlighed har egen pool, have og gratis privat parkering. The rooms were really cute, great for staying a week or even more. The housekeeper came every day, even Christmas Day. This was unexpected and welcomed. Our host Lyndon was amazing! He was so friendly and helpful, always willing to help us out. He even got a side by side for us to rent, which really is a necessity in Providencia. The rate was reasonable, too. The location was walking distance to town and some restaurants.
