An amazing place to stay in Salento. The tree house style rooms are very spacious and have beautiful views on the valley. The staff were really kind and the breakfast was amazing. Also recommend eating dinner at Kawa as the food was excellent. They have their own footpath which goes to the main town and viewpoint, it’s about a 10 min walk. Loved the sauna!

Super friendly staff, very helpful, nice breakfast. The hotel is really beautiful with the garden and although it is just at the main square, it is really quiet. We felt really comfortable so that we stayed two nights longer

Terrazas de Salento is set in Salento, 15 km from Armenia and 24 km from Pereira. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. This property is a real treasure. The family who runs the business is very hospitable, they helped us arrange a coffee tour and transfer to and from the hotel. The breakfast is excellent and is freshly prepared. The garden and the interior is superior and there is excellent view of the town from the room and garden. The main square is a short walk from the hotel. I would hilghy recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had an issue, but the manager promptly addressed it, demonstrating excellent leadership. The staff are incredibly professional, and as a Colombian-American, it makes me proud to see this level of quality, both in the hospitality and the structure itself, in the heart of my city. Everything went okay. The only thing I didn’t like the maid came for service of personal laundry when she saw I had lots of laundry she kind of changed the subject and just walk out. I felt that she didn’t want to do it.

The grounds are beautifully kept, and the "sendero" walking path is magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and restaurant food was delicious. This is a must visit hotel if you're in the area. One of the staff picked fruit from their trees for a family member at 10pm because they knew she might want some. Simply fantastic service.
